The start to a VERY cold weekend! An early morning start from home with a lot of snow on the untracked roads was testing, but once north of Darlington the driving got much easier, except for drifting snow across the tops in Northumberland.
A good days rallying with some interesting stages, but conditions for the cars were difficult, with very icy stages, and lying snow in places.
Made it to two stages and photos from them follow.
It was a difficult day photographically, due to freezing temps and high wind, plus the cars were taking it pretty steady in treacherous conditions. Still, a great fun day out in a beautiful part of the world.
