On Wednesday I set out for a bit of a challenge on the Mountain Bike. The idea was to try and get to Mam Tor and back. I had toyed with the idea of a 100 mile ride, but have no way of measuring the distance while I am out on the bike.
Despite torrential rain showers and gale force winds, I made it up to Mam Tor and through Edale. Upon getting home I logged my route to discover I had completed 101.46 miles. Feeling pretty exhausted since then though, but the sense of achievement is something that will make me want to do this again.
